MBS Gameplan

Objective: Review current salary structure and Job descriptions and create new streamlined business structure.

We will bring in 2 of our consultants on the week of June 1, 2020 and Interview all members of your team.

We will also do some pre work before June 1, 2020 to make sure that we can complete the interview portion of the project in a timely fashion.

We then will create clear, legal job descriptions for  each member of the team which includes essential functions and all of the legal requirements of the position as it relates to Illinois and Federal Law.  

We will create easily updated positions that speak to the true functions of the position.

We will also create an organizational chart that clarifies roles and makes it easy to give salary recommendations.

We will assign salary recommendations for each position and justify the compensation with the position while also comparing comparable positions at similar organizations.

We will have this entire project completed by July 8, 2020.
