We will audit the current handbook, job descriptions, and interview the current employees using a START/STOP/CONTINUE template to get a good feel of what the organizational culture is. We will prepare a report with all of our findings and also recommendations of how to properly proceed forward. We also will spend two days on site and create a training portal with follow up leadership training to aid you in your processes.
